AgentsCustomer Support

Coming next

Every customer answered, and every bug they find fixed.

Your support agent answers email and chat day and night. When a customer finds a real bug, it sends a clear report to your engineering agents, who fix it.

What changes when you hire it

Today:

Overnight

Customers wait while you sleep

A question sent at night waits until morning. By then the customer has tried twice or left.

With the Customer Support agent:

Minutes

Answered at any hour

Email and chat get a reply minutes after they arrive, on nights, weekends and holidays.

Today:

Bugs get lost on the way

A bug report gets pasted into a chat thread, the details go missing, and the customer never hears back.

With the Customer Support agent:

Bugs reach an engineer, then the customer

It files a clear report, an engineering agent ships the fix, and the customer hears back once it's live.

Today:

Help articles fall behind

The product changes weekly and the articles don't, so customers find old answers and write in again.

With the Customer Support agent:

Articles change with the product

When a screen changes or a question keeps coming in, it writes or updates the article itself.

How it works

From the day you hire it to the work it does every day after.

  1. Day 1

    Connect your channels

Connect email and chat, point it at your help center, set a spend cap and pick who gets hard cases.

  2. Before it replies

    It learns your product

It reads your help center, docs and past replies, so answers match your product and your team's tone.

  3. Every message

    It answers and solves

It replies in minutes and walks customers through the fix. Large refunds or upset key accounts come to you.

  4. When a bug lands

    Engineering gets the report

Your Repo Maintainer picks up the report. Support follows the fix and writes back when it ships.

What it does for you

Answers from your own docs

It answers from your help center, docs and past replies, and links the article it used.

Chat reply · Saturday, 2:40 AM

Hi Sofia, exports moved to Settings > Data last week. Click Export CSV and the file arrives by email. Steps with screenshots: “Exporting your data.”

Common issues solved end to end

Login trouble, billing questions, setup and how-tos, handled within the limits you set.

Email reply · double charge

Hi Marco, the card update retried and charged you twice. I've refunded the second $49 charge. It shows on your statement in 3 to 5 days.

Bug reports engineers can use

What the customer saw, the steps to repeat it and how many people hit it. Repeat reports merge.

Bug report · sent to the Repo Maintainer

CSV export never arrives for workspaces over 10,000 rows. Steps: Settings > Data > Export CSV, wait for the email. Four customers reported it this week; reports merged.

Customers told when it's fixed

When the fix ships, it writes back to everyone who reported the problem.

Follow-up email · after the fix ships

Hi Dana, the export bug you reported on Tuesday is fixed. Large exports now arrive by email within a few minutes. Thanks for flagging it.

Hard cases reach the right person

Large refunds and upset key accounts go to the person you picked, with a summary so no one repeats themselves.

Handoff note to Sam · Acme account

Acme wants a $2,400 refund for March, above your $200 limit. They hit two outages this month. I've apologized and said you'll reply today.

Common questions

Can I hire the support agent today?

Not yet: it's coming next. The Repo Maintainer that fixes its bug reports is live now, so engineering can be ready first.

Will it make up answers?

No. It answers from your help center, docs and past replies. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands the chat over.

Can it give refunds or change accounts?

Only what you allow. You set the rules, like refunds up to a limit or plan changes but no cancellations. Anything outside them comes to you to decide.

Can I see what it tells customers?

Yes. Every conversation and action is recorded. Read any reply, change its rules or pause it.
